APPLICATION

Once the applicant has attended the orientation you may complete the Phase 1 Application.  This will take approximately 30-45 minutes to complete and will require both the parents/guardians and applicants to participate.  Remember, the student must have a desire to apply.  Any applications in which the student does not want to attend will be disqualified.
